I'm going to PNG!

Hello wonderful friends and family! Only a few more days now and I'll be on my way. I fly out of LA Tuesday evening (technically July 4th 1:00 am), stop over in Taipei, and spend Thursday afternoon in Singapore (with the time change I actually lose July 4th, so you'll all have to celebrate it for me) I finally arrive in PNG a little after 5 am on July 6th.

With such a long journey, I would love to have some prayers that it will be a safe and healthy one, and low-stress. I am really looking forward to meeting everyone else that is going on the trip, and traveling somewhere so totally new to me. And, of course, I am so excited to see what God has to teach me along the way.

I'll try to keep everyone updated through this blog and personal emails about how the trip is going, but I'm not sure how much time I'll have.
